- Open samedayvirtual.com/app in Safari (it has to be Safari — Apple's rule).
- Tap the Share button at the bottom (the square with an arrow pointing up).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. The Same Day Virtual icon appears on your home screen.
Android
- Open this page in Chrome.
- Tap Install the app above — or the ⋮ menu, then Install app.
- Confirm. It appears in your app drawer like any other app.
Windows or Mac
- Open this page in Chrome or Edge.
- Click Install the app above, or the install icon at the right end of the address bar.
- It opens in its own window and pins to your taskbar or dock.
What you can do in the app

Staff use the same app for intake and fulfillment — install it on the front-desk phone and log in at /staff/login.
